Congratulations to Stephen H. Hanson, AAPA's new president-elect, who will assume the office immediately, serving as president-elect through June 9, 2009. The AAPA president term will be June 10, 2009 through June 9, 2010, and the immediate past president term will be June 10, 2010 through June 9, 2011.

A letter to the Presidential Transition Office
The Academy has sent a letter to the Obama-Biden Presidential Transition Office offering its support in addressing the significant health care issues and challenges facing the country. One Year Later: An Inside Look at the Army PA Doctoral Program
AAPA News talks to the first PAs to earn a degree from the Army's PA-specific clinical doctoral program, as well as military and Baylor University officials, one year later.
