July 2009 Update

I would like to begin by saying what a great honor and privilege it will be to serve SAAAPA in the coming year. I am finally getting settled into the position and looking forward to the first Student Board of Directors meeting in July. I feel encouraged that the resolutions passed by the AOR in May will be expanded on to shape our organization. With confidence, I can tell you that the regional chairs and other officers are well qualified and extremely dynamic. By now your AOR representative has reported back to your class and brought you up to speed on the resolutions passed. I encourage anyone who has an opinion on a topic to contact your regional chair or feel free to contact me directly. I can promise that you voice will be heard and your ideas shared. Remember, this is your organization - please be proactive in it!
