April is just around the corner and with it comes the Student Academy's 2nd Annual National Service Month! We need your help to make this once again a successful and meaningful event for the communities and patients we interact with on a daily basis. We are encouraging each PA program to take part in helping others by planning an event, workshop, or volunteering for a charity to help those in need. Below are some examples and materials to help you get started, so what are you waiting for? Start planning today!

- Be sure to check out our "Student Societies in Action" page, which has a number of different ways PA students have interacted with their local communities in the past.
- Great examples of ways to help out:
- Blood and marrow drives.
- Walk/Run donation support.
- Reading to children.
- Building a home or community center.
- Volunteering at an elderly or handicapped community.
- Healthy living presentations and games for children.
- … and whatever helps your community best!
